PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF THE BONDS AUTHORIZED BY THIS PROPOSITION SHALL BE USED ONLY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION, OR REPLACEMENT OF COLLEGE FACILITIES, INCLUDING THE FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING OF COLLEGE FACILITIES, AS DESCRIBED, AND NOT FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE, INCLUDING FACULTY, STAFF AND ADMINISTRATOR SALARIES"
